I put Quelling, PM, Urn, Orb of venom, Phase boots, Vanguard, manta then rad. Done haha

PMS, Quelling, Phase, Drums, Radiance, Manta, AC/Butterfly, Heart if needed.

Basi,vanguard,phase,drum,bm,rad,diffu,skadi,heart,manta sometimes depend on the situation but i mostly rush rad after vanguard and phase

Starting Items: 8x Tango, 1x Healing Salve, Quelling Blade / Stout Shield / Magic Stick
Early game: PMS, Wand, Phase Boots, Urn
Core: Drum of Endurance, Manta Style, Diffusal Blade
Situational: Eye of Skadi, Radiance, Heart of Tarrasque, Abyssal Blade, Octarine Core, Refresher Orb, Butterfly, Black King Bar, Scythe of Vyse

where's the love for vanguard rush -> radiance?

Depends no enemy team, how much i get pressured, but every time i dont build radiance pre 30 I deeply regret it no matter the enemies. It's one of the reason spectre has so high winrate its because she work so good with radiance.
