Bind your clone to another key and necros to another as well. You don't want to have both of arcs selected in important moments anyway so tabbing between them is shit.

The real cancer is that you can't bind necros from different arcs to different hotkeys.

I saw a moment ! That arc blinked main arc used necro and same he done with another ! How itis possible that much fast without having hotkeys ? Just wondering !

I have 3 additional control groups for arc warden, one for all other units (there's a key for this already, but similar to your problem, it highlights a necro unit, defining a control group with the double highlighted will always keep it that way), one for the double and one for all the necro units/manta illus etc. Using tab simply moves you to controlling the next unit under your control, cycling through them all until you reach the start again.

When playing arc you need to be able to constantly move between your hero, your double and your summons so it's better to get used to controlling them by selecting groups rather than tab cycling which doesn't always allow you enough control. For the kind of move you mentioned, I'll blink and summon my necro units, issue the command for whatever I want my hero to do, split and select my "all other units" control group, then cast whatever I need on my double.

As far as I know there's simply not an efficient way to control arc without at least one additional group. If you want to play the hero you're best to find some group hotkeys that work for you and getting used to using them rather than tab to select the units you want.
