well, because you deserve to be in the bracket, thats why you are placed there and now you had 37% win rate, which means you were placed higher than you should have been
The mmr you where playing at during your calibration games was a reference from your secret mmr from the first lot of unranked games you play at the start.
You are being tested on those games and then during calibration you must outperform yourself based on those early games stats and your secret mmr.
So basically the first lot of games they where putting you in vhs but you weren't outperforming yourself in calibration games hence the drop in skill level.

i was always play my unrank solo in VHS brcket.
but when i started calibrating it shows the average of 3.4 and i got only HS bracket.
what's wrong?
i'm on my 6th games calibrate and still there with that average and HS bracket.
