maybe 3 ban picks will be better. This will prevent to play repetitive games. But Invoker, OD, Spectre, LC should be little nerfed.

If they introduce banning into all pick, there will be problems, I guarantee it. I don't whine about heroes except for fun. Because they still have weaknesses.
Or maybe do it like in a CM way? Every player can ban ONE hero (except the last ban). 2 ban first, then pick 3 heroes, after the picking of 3 heroes, ban phase will resume. 2 heroes will be ban, (a total of 4 ban each team) then after pick 2 heroes. The same CM style w/o captain. And no long timer. About 30 sec only and If the time runs out, gold decreases per second.
ban mode is bad, it's just going to produce a spam of 2nd tier heroes. Ok so now invoker and od and spectre get banned every game. Sucks if you actually like them, well gg you will NEVER get to play them again.
What will emerge is people spamming something else that isn't banned. Probably jug or pudge and death prophet something. Occasionally players will have the fresh tastes of those heroes in their mouth and switch up the ban, but not too likely cus one game against OD will remind you how bullshit he is. So all we're going to get is a second group of heroes being spammed. I don't really see how it fixes the problem.
And worse yet, if your team is fucking stupid and doesn't ban stuff like OD and other team is smart and bans the pub counters like nyx and pugna you're even more fucked, though I guess not any more than a last pick OD. Either way I don't see this as any better.

The new Allpick Mode in Ranked Match should be:
-The same alternating pick. However, first 2 picks are BAN.
-The highest MMR player in each team will decide what hero to ban.
-Failure to ban in 15 seconds will result to random ban.
-After the ban phase started, the picking resume like the 'old' ranked matchmaking All Pick
*ban OD, ban Spec, ban LC, ban Invoker. Lol
