I think it's enough reason to ban him. It's pretty obvious he has malicious intent to ruin games for his team, and using the forums to promote his game abuse merits a ban.

Since when was he ever receptive to feedback to his build? He always insisted EACH AND EVERYTIME that "carries" such as himself ldeserve the killing blow on the enemy even if they did next to nothing with bringing enemy hp down. Also, it's not that hard to see that his goal every game is to destroy the experience of the game for everyone else, what with being 34% winrate overall, 17% winrate rank, and being adamant to the fact that he is the very root cause of their losses. I find it hard to believe someone would be that shit-stupid, so he must be some sort of troll with enough malicious intent to purposely ruin games.
No, he is not a harmless troll. He may not be that shit-stupid, as he wants us to believe, but I'm starting to think that the people who blindly defend him(not just for the lulz) are actually the stupid ones.
