dude the answer is simple, he is not playing ranked, I know 5.5k + mmr players who are matched in high skill if they go unranked. My last unranked games are also not in VHS
To achieve vhs dota, you must exceed the hero statistics. You're skill was based on your gameplay,hero, apm. Etc. In short be a vhs minded gamer

You got my answer kid :-) to get vhs, you need to exceed hero statistics based on your gameplay. You're actions,the way you use your skills and items is calculated too. Having a good kda/gpm/xpm doesn't gauge your skill level :-)
