i mean its only good on a few heroes. nothing as game breaking as release glimmer cape was, likely wont be touched until next patch if at all.

I saw that a sven with this is almost unstopable, he farms faster, hits harder, and has a nice passive mana regen.
I think osfrog will nerf echo, something like this:
Echo second hit deals 50% of dmg.
Echo second hit doesnt apply passives.
What do you guys think about this, or maybe they will put a bigger price for it.
