This patch showed a strong surge of Luna from safelane to the offlane position due to Wind Lace giving her insane movement speed. Techies has become a T1 pick in the competitive scene as a solomid. You'll see plenty of Brewmaster carries now as well due to his plethora of play in the competitive scene as well.

Also techies as a core is a new thing. It's insane.
