Don't play a hero that your team can't play along with.
Most under 3k players don't even know what Io does and will probably report you for even picking or randoming it.
just stick with some meta heroes if you play ranked, if you play normal matchmaking nobody will even care.
I actually getting comments nearly every game ...im on 190+ commends now i get reported couple time when i start to play him, on io mid is good one thing, its not super important your teamates know how exactly io works...thats issue mostly support io....i wish i will keep this winrate on middle and push me higher....ofc its always about convice your team at start....no one bealive a can be yousefull, usually i call report me of i fail....not yet really happend on mid😊
Better for sure but not that much fun for me, i used to mid everything....for example qop i used to love her on mid but now i feel much more usefull as io mid i can do same dmg or similar + heal 10k i did couple times and many more utility as save or relocate gank..but that mid is still new thing for me still operating with item build etc...but yes its nice to be saving heroes, deal over 20k dmg heal over 10k, i lot of dmg reduction for your teamates...i really love that...ill spam wisp till i die😊

Sadly dotabuff dont have a stats for each line but yasp.co have it, so yea over 200games as io support mostly ranked i got winrate in the end around 40% not impresive but still not ez to get it as io supp on 2k....now im playing solo mid io i have 17 games on mid with winrate around 65% im so happy ...i didnt even think this hero i will be ever able to play mid or so...love io, where is arcana?
