Two, party stacking can get a 'VHS' player into 'high or normal' skill games.
Also, a players ranked MMR can be different to the players Unranked MMR. that '4k' player, may have a non ranked mmr of 3k

i know that normal high and very high skills bracket. so why i have been matchmaking with 4k and i am only in normal skills bracket?. can someone explain this. i just cant get it.
