BS is not worth counterpicking, you just counterplay him instead. That being said, you do not want to pick shit heroes in general, if you play sven against him, you carry a TP and in a fight you do not get into the position to be ruptured, that's all there is to it. If you pick slark it can be tough, you may want to go for tranquil boots, if you pick AM, whenever he ruptures you, just blink/tp if there is any followup or just straight tp if you know he is alone, and you're good.
Tbh as Sven against be just stand and fight. Ur DPS is way out of his league. If he blademails then tp
i've never needed to deal with a bloodseeker, all you have to do is carry a tp scroll
on the other side, even if he goes 20/0 in the first 20 min. he becomes utterly useless after that, so idk why you'd need to deal with him

just outfarm him and you will crush him later on. even with same net worth an antimage will murder bs 1v1 30 mins+ into game.
well people do tend to make echo into basher if they're not going dagon so you can't really dodge him with just a tp 10-15 mins into the game even though you can probs jsut kill him at that point XD
BS is like ursa. Sucks at killing more than 1 hero. Just have your team double up on him. He can only hit one hero right? Anyway, have an initiator go on him first and you go on him second. And why pick carry first????
If ppl pick blood seeker to counter am, u are probably 1k. In that case u counter that fucker by carrying a tp, map awareness, and farming faster than his stupid ass and rape him and laugh for his stupid attempt at a counterpick

His no. 1 counter is *drumroll* Carry a TP and use it to escape, works 9/10 times 
who even counter picks a bs, he's so frail and literally dies to anything lul.
BS is only scary when he snowballs. whoever said he's like ursa is totally wrong. Ursa you have to kite, he can blow you up fast, he has built in dmg reduction in ult that makes him somewhat hard to kill. Bs has nothing when everyone on map has full hp. He does shit dmg. the problem is when he ruptures supports and snowballs off them. He's kind of like slark mid game in that regard.
