it's probably because you're a normal skill player, and there are less players who are comitted enough to be db+ users there, the higher your MMR, the higher the chance at least one of your teammates or opponents will have spent money on dbuff, I think it has something to do with db+ definitely, but the system is new and things might change.
That being said, I'm close to your MMR and I have a much higher mark for some reason, and more matches analyzed, so there's some other factor too, I neither party with db+ players, nor have ever been one myself, so this is pretty strange.
We TrueSight analyze a random amount of matches - unfortunately we don't have the resources to parse every single match of Dota. So it's possible to have new TrueSight data if you don't play with Plus subscribers.
