Force and drums on qop sounds like dogshit, force is when ur desperate against someone like riki but then u buy bkb.

Pure damage always does a constant amount of damage.
For each point of intelligence a hero gets:
12 Mana
0.04 Mana regeneration
0.0625% Spell damage
Spell damage is all damage which is not dealt by physical attacks. This includes all spells which deal magical, physical or pure damage.
The intelligence makes ur ult a little bit stronger but ofc the debuff doesn't make enemies take 25% extra damage
I get it as a teamitem too. Other than owning cs in lane. Heroes like jakiro agh drow benefit greatly from it.
i dont think veil makes ur ult stronger, its more like it makes your scream become as strong as your ult and for lane domination and tankiness
The INT increases spell damage for ult.
What would be a fair comparison for this?

Its a completely mediocre item, but at the same time, it is so efficient for its price.

It's a very common item for QoP now in public and even i Pro Games, from the time, when discord got buffed and become a core item for a lot of nuke-casters, like Puck and Zeus.
So, why does QoPs also pick discord as a core item? With Pro teams all clear, they pick QoP when have another Heroes for teamfights.
To be honest, as for me, the only reason is stats, coz the damage improvement is about 58 dmg from lvl4 scream (116 if casted twice wich is rare one) and around only 53dmg over 15 secs of lvl2 dagger. (Akasha lvl8). So the maximum output from discord purchase is 169 dmg over at least 9 seconds of combat + ticks. WHICH IS NOT THAT MUCH. Discord DOES NOT affect ur ultimate, it's pure damage on ur ultimate, so buying discord without having another teamfighter in ur team is worthless.
What's ur oppinion?
Akasha was always a semi-carry picked to kill an opponent on own line. She does not need discord for that option.
Even drums or force make her more mobile and protected, which is required for here to gank well, and doesnot allow to catch her that ez, when she's already used blink.
Btw dagger is also seems to be a good alternative coz it allows her to cast her combo, blink out, and cast combo again.
