i am currently lvl 8 so i keep playing this acc and hs or vhs will come eventually? its new acc and some ppl say something about the 5 1st games

So i read some interesting stuff about how this works and i still dont understand...Ive read for the options asking if u have played dota before that matter in some way...that if u dont get vh or vhs in the first 5 games its a waste of time and better start a new one and stuff like this...tho it seems im stuck in normal skill no matter my performance...Is there a way to get off the NS or shall i make a new one?I want at least 4.1 and a bit more calibration
