Pick the hero only when it's appropriate and if you are good at it you should win more than other shitters do. Also if you want some winrate inflation stack a lot in unranked.

yeah making a 6k death stack and quueing unranked is the easiest way to get retarded winrate. for optimal win % make sure people are playing on lower rated smurfs so the enemy has no chance to fight back
