(Solo mid) AM is probably the best hero to win games below 3k imo. 2.5k solo mmr and I can still pretty much guarantee a win when I pick that hero.

Even in higher mmr games, am is viable to play.

It's probably at least as good as it was in 6.88 so not that good anyway.

The meta is still going to be fighting at least i doesnt seem like it will change a ton to me. but now its really good to have at least one really good tower hitter

honestly as an antimage player its pretty easy to hardcounter antimage, i lost a game where i had scik farm but a TA outpaced me, iwas building for snowball and suddenly i die twice and the game is lost. he is a strong hero for sure, but like sniper, only when lastpicked

if you wanna spam something to 4k i highly reccomend centaur/pudge offlane, new pudge creep pull is SICK

If antimage is good in the game you are in, take Pugna instead.

I don't believe so. Am has always been an extremely good split pusher regardless of patch. But he still lacks being good inlane and it being very hard to play catch up am.
It hasn't mattered what patch it was, if I had a good am in lane the game was pretty much won at that point, and if ams lane was lost that game was lost. It's a bit easier to play catch up am now, but it's still
