Veil doesn't really help you farm at all since it doesn't give you mana regen like orchid or bloodstone does. You also do mostly single target damage which isn't really what veil is good for either.
might be nice except that storm is unplayable without bloodstone and at least one more mana regne item
You need mana regen more but if Veil works for your plystyle, stick with it. You can snowball more easily with BLOODSTONE rush.

I have been thinking to build that as well, but honestly storm have rly nice items to build and that veil idn, rly depend on your playstyle as above said.I do brown shoes into bloodstone as i feel its superior item for him and any minut with that is counting, for both fighting and farming, after your bs you actually farm fast af, orch, linkin into bloodtorn.
Storm is good mid hero now, i did a post weeks ago i think he is in best spot he ever was, even before ulti nerf, his talents are awesome as well

Can someone in a higher mmr try buying veil first item on storm spirit, it feels really good to me having double null talli, and the hp regen is enough to jungle once you have helm and ring. Just a thought. Ive been having a shit ton of success using it in low mmr though. Pls through me some criticism on this though, It seems too good.
