the new ta timing for deso is gonna be 9 minutes LUL. 11 minute deso blink with new stacking mechanic, more farm too, TA eaily does 750 last hits in 30 now, ta buffed so hard by this.
AND now When I FUCK PEOPLE in the first 2 waves fucking psi blades they can't go and shrine, UUUUUUUUUUH this patch is so much fucking better for snowballing.

I think the deny xp and lane mechanics rework is pretty big but for some reason I don't see many people talking about it here (or maybe I missed it).

depends on the jungler. If you get something that farms fast like BS or axe, you farm way faster. You can stack camps again and farm really fast.
heroes like meepo, sf, ta benefit greatly as well. Especially TA since now she can get double ancient stacks.
so basically this means that flash farm heros are playable again, without making afk jungling attractive again? seems good :)

Good thing they replace health regen from Aether lens and replace it by mana regen. Now every nuker strongly consider it due to its basic stat instead of additional cast range only.
And TA oneshot everyone (even more) confirmed, goodbye mai waifu CM.
Also, still no nerf for PA's broken dagger.
