Ultimate takes too much coordination with team, abilities relies too much on disables from your allies to be effective. I like him, and he's really good at taking towers after team fights with his atrophy aura bonus damage but you're not very likely to get many kills on him.
Atrophy is too weak early levels. Horrible and too level dependant as level 4. Ultimate is too obvious and actually weaker than IO's relocate considering it requires creepwaves. Basically functions as a split pusher, who are not that impactful this meta. Stands as viable as Nature's Prophet in high skill, only highly situational.
I think he is pretty decent against those high stat heros (TB) . great wave clear and can split push nicely.
He's anti core with his aura his root isn't that great but it's good for zoning meteor shower is nice but needs lockdown to deal heavy damage
6 seconds SNARE(great counter for any invis-hero, teleport-hero, dash-hero) with Rod of Atos (musthave), (28% damage to health + 420 dmg)x12%+, damage reduction, great offlane anti creep stack, overhelming enemy carry if support leaves. Underlord is a teamfight LORD, he's skills benefit from your team. You can check my profile, i have almost 60% winrate on them and never take guardian graves.

His winrate jumped to 58% this patch, he is #1 hero by winrate now.
Do not try to use his ult to attack or set up, use it for splitpushing later on and to save teammates from bad fights.
