Roaming is not mandatory early game in high level dota. kills just tilts people, it's doesn't really give you an advantage. A jungler farming can easily offset xp and gold from ganks and will become an extra core. Bottom line is you roam then farm. Full retard roaming the whole game only works versus noobs.
Proper teamwork is required to make the kill frequency necessary to make pure roamer work. Below 5k mmr or so lacks the coordination and skill to do this. Come on cukie, you taught us to ignore them and farm/push for these exact reasons!

The only 2 hard roamers I've really put a lot of time into are SB and BH and I just dick around running between lanes breaking clarifies, stealing bounties, and sapping neutral exp. I don't know how many people get more than a single set of tangoes in your MMR, but it's around 50/50 in mine and I can usually eat up most of an enemy's regen pretty quickly.
