If you press the numbers 1,2,3 etc you can actually get a quick view of each hero. It seems like most casters/observers don't know this.

Everytime I see him observe, I always see the twitch chat go "TOURS TOURS TOURS". Which is true he misses a majority of the fights cause he is watching his favourite player hit creeps. I could pick a random 3k player and they would be a better observer than SKRFF.
Please fire him.
