So, according to the First Point At Level chart, Chaos Strike has a +4.7% advantage as first pick, and generally seems to perform best when taken early. On the Ability Maxed At Level chart, it's got a big +5.3% advantage by being finished by lvl 9, and lvl 7 is second place.
This is totally against the common 12131 builds. Does anyone know what the strat is for the Chaos Strike first build? Why is it so successful? Are they jungling?
