its very good in pubs, much better than most people think in fact, but icefrog never balances around pubs and in competitive people are extremely good at placing vision, not being in stupid places and grouping up when needed, the item does zilch in fights most of the time

it's not. it's broken at every level. sentries dont work
its economical warfare, take away all of the supports cash! also shadowblade on daytime, you can walk around the gem carrier and he will not see you... all the beastmasters get it for the good initiations. item is super strong, i agree. overpowered? by far not

Literally every game I see this item on multiple heroes, heroes that dont even profit from the extra damage or attack speed and would never consider using shadowblade in the past.
pretty sure this item needs the nerfstick, again.
