well you didn't stack a signel camp for your carry or to use the pull (its also gold for you!) so maybe work on that.
for items its like why do you get that arcanes when you got disruptor with arcanes? you can just buy tranquils and some clarities (and therefore got more money to get items/wards).

you need to roam and find kills constantly around the map as a willow,I think her first power spike is when you hit level 2 with bramble maze and curse crown, you can easily kill the enemy offlaner 2v1, or even trilane vs trilane, bramble maze is so strong early game that players sometimes ignores it and that where the kill comes from,idk if most of the players in my bracket just don't know how willow works thats why its easy to gank enemy,and also you can easily solo kill pretty much anyone in mid game with veil of discord and lvl 2 ss

Depending who is the carries in the team. My twin and I look up some wombo combos to get the most out of laning. Supports should be able to get the most of the carry. 3 combos I love to play is my personal favorite Chaos Knight and IO, the combo works extremely well during laning and is one of the best ganking combo. Another is the Spirit Breaker and Lifestealer. The LS uses his ult on SB so they can do massive damage and stuns! Last but not least is Ursa and Shadow Shaman, Ursa has issues with keeping people with place ,so shadow shaman solves this issue with ease. If you already have gankers, Sven and Earthshaker works well because it can start team fights with ease. Enigma works well also.

Then max the maze for longer duration and shorter cooldown, you buy null talisman and wand early game for survivability and then tranquils and lace(upgrade to euls later) i always buy veil for stats and spell amp.

Sometimes, its good to roam with her, otherwise dual laning would be much better, apply pressure in the enemy safe lane

Like I was saying, Dark Willow could have some nice combos ,NA+CI stated "completely irrelevant to solo play don't bother", he one of many people who makes a mistake. Ask your team to choose Puck (Using both of your ults will force the team to get stunned), Jug might be one of the best combos to do with Dark Willow because of her roots.

Don't be like NA+CI ,ask your team so you can do some awesome things. If they don't then think of a different combo to do with their composition. It works well :)

It not as hard as you think. :) Just be simple, I ask my team to choose certain hero's to counterpick. If they do random then depending who they choose then combo with them.

Easiest way to learn how to be a better support? Play core. You'll then know what to best do in a given situation I feel.
