I normally try different builds.
Like Shadow Fiend, I normally prefer damage build like skadi, silver edge etc.
But sometimes, I get so bored of it and build magic if the situation permits. Like vyse, euls, octarine etc.
Sometimes I also build Assault cuirass if i am very far ahead just for the fun of it.

Different builds, different position.
Miracle jugg is a good example:
- He can draft him mid
- He can build him with Rad + EB
- He can go normal build

Or get to play with singsing somehow.

If you win alot with the hero (60% plus winrate) the wins itself should make up for the repetition of playing the same hero.

a high skill ceil hero is fun to spam

if you get bored playing the hero for several games then you're not actually enjoying him

I can play SB for 20 games and still have fun while also having a 60% winrate

its more about your personality. Some people really just like a certain character and playstyle. Like me, I've spammed over 3k sven games over past 5-6 years now lol. Am doing well with him even if he's a bad hero.

The fun is in dealing with different heroes you face off as Sven for me. It's like i'm training to be really good with Sven against a large range of heroes. My item builds are almost always never the same as a result.

oh my, should the hero and you sync perfectly, boredom will never bother you. As i am having fun with Lycan rn. Gonna make him my 1st most played hero.

Try playing with different builds every match xd

Pick a position 3/4/5 hero that you want to spam, that way your position won't be contested as often and you'll actually learn a lot about the game. I was stuck around 2.9k mmr because whenever mid or pos1 were taken I had no clue what to do and was garbage at supporting, so I started first picking supports like Lich, grimstroke, wyvern and earth spirit and I started winning a lot more games than I lost

Just change the patterns u play him

A utility hero or techies. I like greedy support type heroes who can have a massive impact on the game at almost anytime.

Rhasta, Oracle, Techies, Disruptor, Weaver(Aghs).

Disruptor is far from being greedy support though

spamming is for neeeeeeeeeeebs

You can only spam a hero if you find it fun to play that hero. Don't force yourself, it should happen naturally
