He doesn't always go that build, this particular game it's vs a meepo. Don't fall for the trap in thinking that you build heroes only one way, especially with a hero like void spirit.

W max is awful most games. U max e by default and take q points for kills. I like going 3-2-0-1 if I can play aggro, and go 2-0-3-1 if I need more shield points. U take a point in dissimilate early if u need to dodge something otherwise u go like 4-0-4-1. I think maxing stun in a lane you’re snowballing is underrated

Whats his best skill build? Most playerd go max 3rd 1/1/4/1 build. But Topson go 0/4/2/1 build max 2nd. Sounds stupid but it works and its f~ strong.
What about items? Early deso is sweet but maybe early aghs is better?
Thoughts?
