I don't think tinker's excessively strong, he is a snowball hero so when he wins it appears quite lopsided. If I were going to change anything though, the really annoying thing about tinker is shift blink. Any noob can do it and it's damn near impossible to stun him when he is teleporting into a lane. I don't know what you do to change this though cus it's not hero specific. Maybe live with it.
The 100% miss rate on laser is a little much. I think if you scale it like brew's it be well balanced, 45/55/65/75% miss chance.
Then I'd also like to see march made consistent dmg. Instead of actually needing machines to hit you just make the same animation but make it work like an aoe dot like jakiro's ult or enigma's midnight pulse. It's too random. Sometimes you walk through it nearly unscathed, other times you lose half your hp in 2 seconds. Some consistency would be nice.
@Timberwolf: the damage from Tinker's thing isn't random. If you walk against it, you take a fuckton of damage. If you walk with it, you don't take much damage. If you walk through it (perpendicular to its path), you also take a shit ton of damage.
They should just make March like in DotA 1 so it is completely useless.
Maybe make tinker unable to buy blink dagger like pudge and vs in d1 last time. This will make it more punishing for tinker when they try to just spam.marches in lane. At least they will think twice before tping into a lane to march. And not just tp in because it's almost risk free as they can just blink into trees. I guess this won't rly destroy the hero's concept. And an additional.benefit is we also won't get tinkers mindlessly pushing out all.lanes leaving no farm.on the map left for the rest.
And if a tinker wants some.mobility he can get a.forcestaff, which at the same time won't allow him to go into trees without getting caught most of the time.
But then again I don't really have any problems with tinker. Even if he doesn't get nerf it's fine. And my Winrate with him is just terribly low because I don't know how to play him.
Once again trash 4k/lower who thinks they understand the game. You guys can,t understand how terrible a good tinker can be, especially radiant, since you've never faced one.
Edit: I forgot to include smurf players in the trash who don't get the concept of the game. You guys are so bad you can't climb.

US west pool is much smaller so he does it to stretch the search range similar to people going into russian servers

If 5 mmr in EU > 5 mmr in US is something totally different, but no one can deny that he has the level to be 5k mmr in this particular server.
